Our Troy office is open 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. We also answer the phones on weekends and after hours, and if those times don't work for you, we'll find a time that does.

What to Have Ready

• Any IRS or state letters you've received, especially anything marked "Final Notice" (see IRS notice help)
• The tax years involved and the returns you've filed for them
• A rough picture of your income, monthly expenses and assets
• Details of any levy, wage garnishment or lien already in place
